About Michal Szafraniec

Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Professional Journey

With over a decade of experience in mental health care, I have dedicated my career to understanding the complexities of the human mind and helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges with compassion and expertise.

My journey began as a registered nurse, where I witnessed firsthand the profound connection between mental and physical health. This experience inspired me to specialize in mental health, earning my Master's degree and board certification as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Virtual Practice

Blooming Mind is an independent, virtual-first mental health practice serving patients throughout Tennessee from our base in Knoxville.

Previously, I provided psychiatric services at Tazewell Express Care, where I gained valuable experience serving the community. Now, through telehealth, I can extend compassionate mental health care to patients across the entire state.

All appointments are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing.
